In the 1930’s Joseph Pilates developed a series of exercises to strengthen the core of the body, lengthen the spine, gain flexibility and balance.
Pilates develops strong abdominal muscles. It focuses on the body core strength, a great posture and it increases the range of motion. It works on keeping the body and mind connected. The principles of Pilates are concentration, control, centering, flow, precision and breath.
Pilates is excellent for everyone! Athletes, dancers, senior citizens, pregnant ladies, children and also for clients with physical limitations.

Garuda inspires a more intuitive way to exercise the body. James D’Silva created this method that uses movement rooted in yoga, Pilates and dance to help you create greater ease of movement. YAMUNA BODY ROLLING
YBR is Health, Fitness and Massage rolled into one! YBR is a revolutionary approach to health and fitness using balls designed exclusively for this practice. It allows you to work specific muscles in detail to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. YBR reeducates muscles and stimulates bones creating positive and permanent changes in the body. Lying on the ball, you literally roll your body out almost like dough, stretching and elongating your muscles.
The YBR routines follow specific sequences that match the body’s own logic and order, from its attachment to the bone, to the tendon and the insertion point. Physiologically, here’s how it works: Using YBR on your spine, you are stimulating the nerve roots of the spine. Each pair of nerve roots stimulates a specific organ function.
Because of that stimulation, internal organs and systems can function better. Similarly as you do YBR abdominal routines, you stimulate the organs of digestion. YBR is a natural complement to Pilates: They both eliminate stress and tension. After a class, you’ll feel relaxed and energized at the same time! You will improve your posture and alignment.
